What are Chakras?

Chakras are not physical but exist in more subtle energy fields. They are energy centers that connect you to Earth and Spirit, both receiving and sending information at the same time. They’re spinning wheels of light - often represented by lotuses in educational books. Chakras are where you the possibility through which your energy flows. When your Chakras are balanced, you feel connected, calm joyful.

Typical traditions speak of the 7 Chakra systems, as the primary energy nodes in our body. There are many more all over the body like the hands, feet and below the feet.
